We live in a time of ultimate paradox: as humans we’ve never lived longer, healthier or less dangerous lives throughout our history, yet we aren’t getting happier. Many of us face daily struggles with anxiety, depression, stress and all sorts of pain. Just because pain is bound to exist it doesn’t mean we need to suffer. Although mindfulness cannot eliminate pain, we can use it as a tool to accept and respond to our feelings, sensations and emotions differently.
Join Kelsey for this 6-week mini-course unpacking the what, why and how of the power behind this practice. We’ll dive into the neuroscience, theory, basic models and the in-the-moment applications of mindfulness. No experience - no problem!
Full course registration includes:
6 weeks of 45-minute mindfulness classes (all classes will be recorded for unlimited access)
Access to community group throughout the course for support, discussion and motivation
30-minute one-on-one call with Kelsey to dive deeper into your own practice
